All orders are processed within 5–10 business days. Delivery usually takes 14–28 business days, although hand-crafted products may require slightly longer processing. Returns & Refunds
Returns & Refunds are accepted within 30 days, provided the items are in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is defective or there was an error on our part. Refunds or store credit are available upon approval. Photographic evidence is required for defective items, and customers should contact us within 14 days if a product is damaged during transit.
