OVERVIEW
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://re-customs.com (the “Website”) and the purchase of products from RECUSTOMS PERFORMANCE LTD, a limited liability company incorporated in the Republic of Cyprus under registration number HE487533 (“RECUSTOMS”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing our Website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not access the Website or purchase our products.
SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By using this Website, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old;
- You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts;
- All information provided by you is accurate and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Accounts may not be transferred or assigned.
SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS
We sell custom-made automotive products and related components.
All products are built according to the specifications selected by the customer at the time of purchase.
Product images are for reference purposes only. Colors, textures, and materials may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, and screen settings.
We reserve the right to:
- Modify product descriptions;
- Discontinue products;
- Limit quantities;
- Refuse orders at our discretion.
SECTION 3 – CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
All products sold by RECUSTOMS are custom-built to the customer’s specifications.
Pursuant to Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
By placing an order, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
- The products are custom-made.
- Production will commence only after payment confirmation.
- Once production has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.
- Custom-made products are non-refundable except in cases of verified manufacturing defects.
SECTION 4 – ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
An order is considered accepted only after:
- Successful payment authorization; and
- Written confirmation from us.
We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, or abuse.
Orders may not be cancelled once production has commenced.
SECTION 5 – PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are listed in EUR unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without notice.
Customers agree that:
- Payment information provided is accurate;
- They are authorized to use the selected payment method;
- Charges will be honored by their payment provider.
Production of custom-made products will begin only after successful payment authorization and confirmation.
We reserve the right to perform additional identity or payment verification where necessary.
SECTION 6 – FRAUD PREVENTION & VERIFICATION
To protect against fraudulent transactions, we reserve the right to:
- Request identity verification;
- Request address confirmation;
- Delay shipment pending verification;
- Cancel suspicious transactions.
Failure to provide requested documentation may result in order cancellation.
We reserve the right to refuse service to customers engaging in abusive chargebacks.
SECTION 7 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.
Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping information.
For high-value orders, signature confirmation may be required.
SECTION 8 – DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If a product is defective due to a manufacturing fault:
- The customer must notify us within 14 days of delivery;
- Clear photographic or video evidence must be provided.
If a defect is confirmed, we may at our discretion:
- Repair the product;
- Replace the product;
- Issue a partial or full refund.
Return shipping costs will be covered by us only where a manufacturing defect is verified.
If inspection determines that the issue resulted from improper installation, misuse, modification, or incompatibility, return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.
Professional installation is strongly recommended.
SECTION 9 – SHIPPING DAMAGE
Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Customers are strongly advised to document:
- The unopened parcel;
- The shipping label;
- The unboxing process;
- The product condition immediately upon opening.
Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in denial of the claim.
SECTION 10 – INSTALLATION & COMPATIBILITY
Customers are responsible for ensuring compatibility with their vehicle before purchase.
We are not liable for:
- Improper installation;
- Electrical misconnection;
- Airbag system errors caused during installation;
- Modifications performed after delivery;
- Damage caused by third-party installers.
SECTION 11 – PRIVACY POLICY
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using the Website, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.
SECTION 12 – FEEDBACK
Any feedback submitted to us may be used for commercial or operational purposes without compensation.
You warrant that your feedback does not infringe any third-party rights.
SECTION 13 – ERRORS AND INACCURACIES
We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to cancel orders if necessary.
SECTION 14 – PROHIBITED USES
You may not use the Website:
- For unlawful purposes;
- To violate intellectual property rights;
- To transmit malicious code;
- To engage in fraud or impersonation;
- To scrape or collect data without authorization.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Products are provided as described at the time of sale.
Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights under applicable EU law.
SECTION 16 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RECUSTOMS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.
SECTION 17 – PAYMENT DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS
If a customer initiates a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us:
- We reserve the right to provide all documentation, production records, and delivery confirmation to the payment provider;
- Production may be suspended;
- Future orders may be refused.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in permanent refusal of service.
SECTION 18 – INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RECUSTOMS and its affiliates from any claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our Website or products.
SECTION 19 – SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
SECTION 20 – ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent.
We may assign our rights without notice.
SECTION 21 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and applicable European Union legislation.
If you are an EU consumer, your mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Cyprus unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law.
SECTION 22 – CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
