Shipping policy

At RE CUSTOMS, all products are custom-built and hand-crafted according to customer specifications. Please review the following shipping terms carefully.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within approximately 5–14 business days, depending on product configuration and production workload.

Processing time refers to the time required to manufacture and prepare your custom steering wheel before shipment. It does not include shipping transit time.

Production begins only after successful payment authorization and confirmation.

During periods of high demand, processing times may extend slightly. Customers will be notified in case of significant delays.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, delivery typically takes:

  • 7–14 business days within the European Union
  • Delivery times outside the EU (including the United Kingdom) may vary depending on customs procedures

All delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Customs inspections
  • Import processing
  • Force majeure events beyond our control

Signature Confirmation

For high-value shipments, signature confirmation may be required upon delivery.

If a customer refuses delivery or fails to collect the parcel, additional shipping or return costs may apply.

Customs, Duties & VAT

For deliveries outside the European Union, including the United Kingdom:

  • Import duties, VAT, and customs fees may apply.
  • Such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Customers are advised to check local import regulations before placing an order.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Shipping method selected
  • Package size and weight

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless a product is confirmed defective due to manufacturing fault.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates and ensure availability for delivery.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Customers must ensure that the shipping address is accurate and complete.

We are not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If a shipment appears lost or significantly delayed:

  • The customer must notify us promptly.
  • We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier.
  • Claims cannot be processed until the carrier investigation is completed.
